The view from the room was amazing and the location was great because it was peaceful and away from busy areas. The availability of hot water and centralised heating was helpful in the cold climate.

The staff was not helpful and there were many issues with the internet service. It was also difficult to get basic necessities like fresh towels and extra blankets.

It was a peaceful escape from crowds and surrounded by nature, mountains, trees, and snow. the rooms were exceptionally clean, with 24/7 centralised heating and hot water, which helped us overcome the extreme cold climate. the staff members were hospitable and cooperative, providing top-notch services from the reception desk to housekeeping and laundry. the food served was appetizing and fresh. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony.
